Our 50ml 1:1 manual dual cartridge guns are an ideal match for our NuSil products provided in two-part, side-by-side syringe cartridges. Designed for lightweight portability and sturdy construction, these manual guns are perfect for various assembly tasks across different markets. The dual cartridge fits securely into the gun and the plunger rod is inserted to push the pistons down, ensuring a controlled flow. Our guns prioritize safety and hygiene, minimizing the risk of operator contact with the dispensed materials.
Semco Model 850
Manual Dispensing Gun
The Semco Model 850 dispensing gun is a durable, hand-operated tool ideal for our 3oz and 6oz one-part NuSil materials. Ideal for “in-field” applications, it dispenses sealants, adhesives, and other materials with ease. The metal ratchet handle ensures toughness, while the threaded retainer allows for secure cartridge placement and quick replacement. Lightweight and portable, this manual gun requires no air or power, offering user-friendly operation. Built from heavy-gauge metal, it is designed for longevity and can handle a variety of materials, including thick, viscous substances.
Additional size retainers also available upon request (1, 2.5, 6, 8, 12, 20, 32 oz and 1/10 gallon cartridges)
DM2X Manual
Dispensing Gun
The ideal dispensing tool for larger dual cartridges used with static mixing nozzles, these guns are lightweight, ergonomically designed and feature an intuitive trigger and brake release lever for jam-free operation. The trigger and retract button are easily accessible with one hand for both right and left handed users, enhancing comfort and control. A unique dual drive mechanism ensures precise metering and mixing, while the durable frame withstands high-force applications. Ideal for environments with restrictions on sparks, battery tools, or air supply, these guns are compatible with various cartridge ratios and systems.
Available in 200ml (1:1), 400ml (1:1), 250ml (10:1), and 490ml (10:1) options.
DP2X Pneumatic
Dispensing Gun
The DP2X pneumatic dispenser ensures accurate, repeatable results with maximum comfort. It includes an indicator rod to check material levels, a cartridge release button, an ergonomic trigger, a mounting hook, a plunger retract button, and an output force regulator. Its multi-ratio capability allows users to use one system for various products, reducing the need for multiple dispensers. Weighing less than competitors, the DP2X features optimal weight distribution for ease of use, and its robust aluminium construction combines durability with effortless operation.

SEMMATIC® series 2200 automatic dispensing unit (SD340") is a precision system that applies accurate, consistent amounts of silicones and other products. The versatile design makes them perfectly suited for a wide variety of dispensing applications, from microdot deposits to large potting and filling. It features digital timer control with a range of 0.01 seconds to 31 seconds and vacuum draw back to prevent dripping when dispensing low viscosity fluids.
